FIZIO began as a simple quest to provide our patients with a clear and concise home exercise program. We were looking for a program that could offer an accurate depiction of our exercises. We wanted a program that could not be lost, forgotten, or "eaten by the dog". After much thought, we came to the conclusion that the only way to accomplish this was to create a video library of our favorite exercises, and couple that with a service that would allow us to efficiently create and send video home exercise programs to our patients.
